Prices for domains can be very different - we have something for every budget. If a price is displayed for your desired domain, you can buy it immediately for the amount shown.

You should know this about domain prices:

• The prices for domains start at around 150€. However, particularly high-quality domain names can cost much more.
• Most domains are sold for under 2.500€.
• If no fixed price is given, you can negotiate anonymous and fast with the seller.
• For better orientation you can look at the prices of domains that have already been sold.

Each bid, which is delivered over domainname.de, is binding - for the offerer as well as for the prospective buyer - for exactly 21 days.

During the binding period the other party can accept the bid. This results in a legally binding purchase contract.

If a domain is sold to another interested party via the marketplace during the binding period, the binding period expires at that moment.

For each domain purchase or sale, the prices are shown with the respective valid sales tax rates. Please make sure that your data stored in our database is correct - especially your VAT identification number.

The value added tax identification number (shortened to USt-IdNr. in Germany or UID) is a unique EU-wide identification of a company in the sense of value added tax.

EU customers with valid sales tax identification number (VAT ID No./UID No.) and foreign non-EU customers will only be charged the net amount (price excl. VAT). Excluded are persons with a registered office in Austria, because the invoicing party is based in Austria.

For each domain purchase or sale, the prices are shown with the respective valid sales tax rates. Therefore, please make sure that you provide your data correctly - in particular your VAT ID no./UID no.

Purchase: There are no fees for you as a buyer - unless you hire us to act as your broker.

Sale: The sales commission for domain sales is 15%. The minimum commission is 75 € net (90 € including VAT).

Domain brokerage: If a broker is hired to act as a domain broker, in addition to a commission of 20% (at least 75 € net/ 90 € gross), a brokerage fee of 59 € is charged.

We take care of the billing to the buyer. In return, the seller receives a credit note for the domains sold.

You can pay by credit card, PayPal or standard bank transfer. Please always mention the invoice number and/or the domain name when making a bank transfer.

Costs for express handling: 5%.

Our company has been active in domain brokerage since 2005. We take over each domain in trust - so for this time period only we have access to it. Only when the payment is confirmed, we transfer the domain to the buyer and pay the money to the seller. Our trustee handling has a 100% success rate.

The process of transferring or changing the owner of a domain is varying - depending on the TLD (domain ending). We take over each domain in trust to ensure that there are no problems during the transfer.

This usually works like this:

• We will provide you the so-called Auth-Code after the purchase.
• With this Auth-Code you can take over the domain at your provider.
• Then the provider makes you the new owner.

Our well-experienced team will help both buyers and sellers with all questions regarding the transfer process.

As a buyer you will of course become the owner of the domain. Usually the transfer of the domain is done in such a way that we will provide you with the so-called Auth-Code. With this Auth-Code you can take over the domain at your provider and your provider will then make you the owner. Depending on the domain ending the procedure can be a little different.

But don't worry - we support you during the entire transfer process.

.de domains are administered by DENIC eG with headquarters in Frankfurt. Everyone (no matter if person, organization, company), regardless of where they are based, can own a .de domain.

When the buyer and the seller have agreed on the purchase price, we as trustee take over the ownership of the domain and the buyer receives a payment request from us. Through our assumption of ownership the seller no longer has access to the domain.

As soon as we can verify the receipt of payment, we register the buyer as the owner of the domain. Furthermore, the buyer receives the Auth Code (DENIC Auth Info) for the transfer of the domain. With this Auth Code the new provider must transfer the domain. We will only pay the seller after we have ensured that the domain has been successfully transferred to the buyer.

.at domains are administered by nic.at with headquarter in Salzburg. Anyone (no matter if person, organization, company) can be the owner of a .at domain, no matter where they are resident.

As soon as the buyer and the seller have agreed on the purchase price, we, as trustee, take over the ownership of the domain and the buyer receives a payment request from us. Through our assumption of ownership, the seller no longer has access to the domain. As soon as we can verify the receipt of payment, we will request the buyer to initiate the transfer of the domain to his provider. The buyer will receive the necessary change of ownership form from us. After successful transfer to the buyer's provider, the new provider will update the domain's owner data.

The seller will only be paid out by us once it is ensured that the domain has been successfully transferred to the buyer.

As owner of a .eu domain you must have a residence or company headquarter within the European Union.

As soon as the buyer and the seller have agreed on the purchase price, the buyer will receive a request for payment from us. As soon as we have received the payment, we will send the buyer the transfer code (Auth Code) for the domain. With this code, the buyer must then contact his provider, who will carry out the final transfer and change of ownership.

The seller will only be paid out by us once it is ensured that the domain has been successfully transferred to the buyer.
