Handling personal data
We collect, use and pass on your personal data only if this is permitted by law or if you agree to the collection of data. For the contractual use of our services, we collect personal data such as your name, address and e-mail address during registration. Domain registrations
You are advised that a domain registration requires the transmission of certain personal data, usually name and address as well as e-mail addresses, to the respective national and international registries and the publication in the Whois databases accessible by everybody (e.g. nic.at for .at domains, denic.de for .de domains). Furthermore, these data are also transmitted to e.g. technical partners who carry out the registration process.
Handling of payments
If the concerned person selects "PayPal" as payment option, data of the concerned person is automatically transmitted to PayPal.
The transmission of data is intended for payment processing and fraud prevention. We will transmit PayPal personal data in particular if there is a legitimate interest for the transmission.

User rights: information, correction and deletion
Upon request, you as a user will receive information free of charge about what personal data has been stored about you.
